Introducing our vision for a filling station and convenience store along Killicomain Road in Portadown. This ambitious project includes six pump fill positions, a spacious 3600 sqft convenience store featuring a hot food deli counter, and a thoughtfully designed parking area accommodating 36 cars, including five dedicated electric car charging spaces. To enhance accessibility, significant improvements are planned for the site's entrance, encompassing road widening, the addition of a dedicated right-turning lane with new road markings, and the inclusion of a puffin pedestrian crossing. We strive to create a convenient and welcoming space for both motorists and shoppers alike.
