This project consists of a single storey extension to the rear of a 1950S semi detached dwelling, considerable internal alterations were necessary in order to improve the flow of the spaces and to allow the required layout to be achieved. This included the integration of a section of the attached garage to provide additional utility and storage space. Large timber sliding doors to a slate decked patio and a large skylight into the open plan space below ensure a bright, functional and aesthetically pleasing end result.
